RETURN | REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with your order, please contact us immediately at yourbrand@sumarka.com. Please include your name, contact information, and order receipt.

Considering our products provide the ability to be personalized/customized and that some of our products are intended to be used for beverage containers, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds or returns.

If you purchased a product that has not been personalized/customized and the product is not intended to be used as beverage container, please contact us immediately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt.

Refunds/Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are not refundable/returnable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Personalized/customized products cannot be exchanged. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
To return your product, you will be responsible for covering any shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
